This course is an effective way to increase awareness across a wider audience and is a popular option for time-poor senior managers.

This course gives

  • An understanding of what mental health is and how to challenge stigma

  • A basic knowledge of some common mental health issues

  • An introduction to looking after your own mental health and maintaining wellbeing

  • Confidence to support someone in distress or who may be experiencing a mental health issue

Course size

Due to the sensitive nature of some of the topics the maximum allowed is 16.


All delegate materials are included - everyone attending receives a reference manual and e-certificate. 

Previous knowledge

Absolutely no previous knowledge is required or expected.
