This course is recommended for line managers, supervisors, HR professionals and everyone who has an interest in improving workplace wellbeing.

Mental Health First Aid Champions have

  • An understanding of common mental health issues  

  • Knowledge and confidence to advocate for mental health awareness

  • Ability to spot signs of mental ill health 

  • Skills to support positive wellbeing

Course size

Due to the sensitive nature of some of the topics the maximum allowed is 16.


All delegate materials are included - everyone attending receives a comprehensive reference manual, course workbook, MHFA Line Managers' Resource Guide and e-certificate. 

Previous knowledge

Absolutely no previous knowledge is required or expected.

Delivery style

The course is a mix of  information presentation and discussion with some group activities designed to be engaging, interactive and enjoyable.
